1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the we77 platform and its services. "Platform" refers to we77's website, mobile version, and all services provided through them.

2.2 Registration Information

• Each individual may create only one account.

3. Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the we77 platform is ৳300. Funds deposited into your account may only be used for gaming purposes. we77 supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — simple and fast mobile banking
• Nagad — digital payment service from the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from major commercial banks (e.g. BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank)

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from your account is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).
• we77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal in cases of suspected irregularity.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on we77 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus works as shown in the examples below:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000 (bonus will not exceed ৳8,000)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must meet the wagering requirement before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only, not on the deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to specific conditions — the detailed terms of each offer will be stated separately.
• A bonus applies to one user, one household, one device, or one IP address only.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Deposit bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings earned from the bonus balance may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• we77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, the account will be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the we77 platform. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Using fraudulent tactics to obtain bonus benefits.
• Attempting to artificially influence game outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the we77 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other materials — is protected as the intellectual property of we77 or third-party content providers.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform for commercial purposes. Limited permission applies for personal and non-commercial use.

The names and logos of game provider companies featured on the platform (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi) are their own registered trademarks, and we77 distributes those games solely as their authorised partner.

9. Limitation of Liability

10.2 Suspension or Closure by we77

we77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.

• If evidence is found of registration using false information.
• If evidence is found of an age limit violation.
• As directed by legal authorities.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, deposited bonuses and earnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited. However, a decision on returning legitimately deposited personal funds will be made after an investigation.
